HAUPIA NIGHT CAP
½ ounces coconut milk
1 ounce cold coffee
1 ounces Kōloa Coconut Rum
Vanilla bean powder and chocolate-covered
espresso bean, to garnish
Add all liquid ingredients to pint glass; shake.
Strain into small martini glass and garnish with a pinch of vanilla bean powder and a chocolate-covered espresso bean.
TIP: We couldn’t find vanilla bean in our local grocery story so we use ground coffee and a piece of toasted coconut as a garnish.
