America’s Most Reliable Commuter Airline Will Launch Atlanta Flights on June 1st
JACKSON, Tenn – April 6, 2022 — Southern Airways will begin service from McKellar-Sipes Regional Airport with three daily departures to Atlanta starting Wednesday, June 1, 2022. Southern replaces Boutique Air, which has served the city for the past year.
Southern was founded in Memphis in 2013 and has since grown to be the largest commuter airline in America. Southern’s service between Jackson and Atlanta will take place on the roomy and comfortable Cessna Grand Caravan. Fares will range from $69 to $99 each way. Additionally, Southern will offer weekend summer flights to Destin, with a brief stop in Memphis, on its seasonal flights to the Emerald Coast which are entering their 10th year.
