CLASSIC MAI TAI

Recipe Courtesy of Kōloa Rum

INGREDIENTS

1 ounces Kōloa White Rum
1 ounces Kōloa Dark Rum
3/4 ounces fresh lime juice
1/2 ounces Orange Curaçao
1/2 ounces Macadamia Nut Orgeat

LILIKO’I FOAM INGREDIENTS

1/2 ounces local honey
1 ounces liliko’i purée
1 ounces simple syrup
1 ounces egg whites
1.5 ounces cold water

FOAM DIRECTIONS
Mix ingredients well and put into a nitrous oxide infuser. Fill halfway. If you do not have an infuser, pop in a blender and blend until frothy.

Grab your favorite glass. Add lime juice, macadamia nut orgeat, orange curaçao, and Kōloa White Rum. Shake with ice. Add Kōloa Dark Rum as a float. Top with Liliko’i Foam. Sip and enjoy!

TIP! To float the Kōloa Dark Rum pour it gently and slowly over the back of a spoon to create a gentle pour.
