A Peek at What’s In-Store
The Fireworks at Reunion Tower
This midnight display is a can’t-miss event! The only 360° panoramic show in the Central Time Zone and the best part is, it’s free to enjoy! The insiders will tell you that the best places to see them are from the western bank of the Trinity River or from Trinity Overlook Park. Any place downtown with a view of Reunion Tower, though, is a good place to be as well. Bring a blanket or chair as you watch the night sky illuminate in celebration.
Dallas Symphony Orchestra
For a more refined evening, waltz your way into 2022 with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra as they play a variety of waltzes from the master of waltzes, Johann Strauss. Afterward, ring in the New Year at the exclusive Meyerson ‘Til Midnight after-party. Purchase tickets at the Dallas Symphony Website.
Party on the Plaza
New Year’s Eve Party on the Plaza downtown is a free, family-friendly event that has the added benefit of offering great views of the fireworks display. The party happens from 7:00 p.m. until midnight and includes food trucks, drinks and live music from Emerald City Elevation Band and American Idol stars CASTRO.
