Warm & Cozy:

  • Spiced Apple Cider:
    • Ingredients:
      • 1 cup apple cider
      • 1/4 cup brandy or rum
      • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
      • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
      • Pinch of cloves
      • Optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup
    • Instructions:
      • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
      • Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slices.
  • Pumpkin Pie Martini:
    • Ingredients:
      • 1.5 oz pumpkin liqueur (like Pumpkin Spice Schnapps)
      • 1 oz vodka
      • 1 oz heavy cream
      • 1/2 oz pumpkin puree
      • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
      • Pinch of nutmeg
      • Whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice for garnish
    • Instructions:
      • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
      • Shake well until chilled and strain into a chilled martini glass.
      • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
  • Mulled Wine:
    • Ingredients:
      • 1 bottle red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot work well)
      • 1 orange, sliced
      • 1/2 cup water
      • 1/4 cup sugar
      • 1 cinnamon stick
      • 4 cloves
      • 1 star anise
    • Instructions:
      • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
      • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
      • Strain the wine into mugs and serve warm.
  • Hot Buttered Rum:
    • Ingredients:
      • 2 oz dark rum
      • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
      • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
      • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
      • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
      • 4 oz boiling water
      • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
    • Instructions:
      • Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a mug.
      • Add boiling water and stir until sugar is dissolved.
      • Add butter and stir until melted.
      • Pour in rum and serve warm.

Fruity & Refreshing:

  • Cranberry Apple Sangria:
    • Ingredients:
      • 1 bottle red wine (Pinot Noir or Sangiovese work well)
      • 1 cup cranberry juice
      • 1/2 cup apple cider
      • 1/2 cup brandy
      • 1 orange, sliced
      • 1 apple, sliced
      • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
    • Instructions:
      • Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir well.
      • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
      • Garnish with fresh cranberries and orange slices.
  • Pear & Ginger Fizz:
    • Ingredients:
      • 1.5 oz pear vodka
      • 1 oz ginger beer
      • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
      • Pear slices and mint sprigs for garnish
    • Instructions:
      • Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
      • Shake well and strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.
      • Garnish with pear slices and mint sprigs.
  • Pumpkin Spice Margarita:
    • Ingredients:
      • 2 oz tequila
      • 1 oz pumpkin puree
      • 1 oz Cointreau
      • 1/2 oz lime juice
      • 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
      • Salt for rimming the glass
    • Instructions:
      • Rim a margarita glass with salt.
      • Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
      • Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.
