Each year, families gather around the table for a very traditional Thanksgiving. Turkey, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, candied yams and all of the other delicious dishes we’ve come to know and love. Here at Southern Airways, we have come up with a very unconventional type of Thanksgiving dinner, one that celebrates all of the areas we fly to. It will continue to be a day we reflect on everything we have and everything that we are grateful for yet it will be a day that will bring a bit of diversity and exposure of American subcultures to our dinner table. Think of it like a potluck, sampling dishes from around the country that are appropriate for the season. Take a look at some of our favorite recipes from the regions that Southern Airways flies to that will be on our dinner table this Thanksgiving.
